Meet the Founders
Barbara is a former athlete, BASI-certified Pilates instructor, and yoga teacher with a deep passion for mindful movement, nutrition and bio-hacking. Her journey includes teaching yoga for Reebok and travelling to India to study yoga in its most authentic form — experiences that continue to shape her calm, intuitive teaching style.
Having lived and trained across Poland, Dubai, San Francisco, and Los Angeles, Barbara brings warmth, clarity, and presence into every session. She believes movement should feel empowering, challenging and enjoyable — helping people reconnect with their bodies while building strength, confidence, and ease.
Mahir is a former professional athlete, sports scientist, and award-winning master personal trainer with over 15 years of hands-on coaching experience. His journey spans competitive sport, elite personal training, Pilates, and corporate wellness — shaped by thousands of hours working one-on-one with clients of all levels.
Recognised with industry awards such as Trainer of the West Coast and Rookie of the Year in California, Mahir’s approach is grounded in science, refined through real-world experience, and delivered with care. Having lived and worked across Turkey, Dubai, San Francisco, and Los Angeles, he brings a global perspective to movement — blending strength training, Pilates, yoga, and mindful practices to help people move better, feel stronger, and build confidence that lasts.
